In the era of cloud service popularization, trustworthiness is particularly important. If users cannot prevent potential problem during long-term use, once occurs, it will cause significant losses. order to objectively assess trustworthiness, and predict its change, this paper establishes a special hierarchical model attributes. This proposes corresponding management countermeasures around model, defines level, trusted state based on fuzzy entropy Markov chain, constructs membership function state, realizes assessment changes according prediction method chain. Through case analysis comparison, shows that proposed in effective feasible. can provide objective comprehensive data for makes up deficiency method. research has important reference value significance assessment.

Abstract The continued expansion and development of the business requires great computing power massive data storage systems. Cloud services deliver these resources in a simple, flexible secure way. There is now wide range similar cloud with different capabilities, which recommendation system. Recommendation based on Quality Service (QoS) first generation service systems that only takes into account rating information all users without distinction. However, suffer from many shortcomings, such as cold start sparsity issues, well poor accuracy reliability results. To address issues improve quality recommendations, new recommender has emerged, context‐aware, domain‐specific, trust‐aware These focus more how to leverage social generated user interactions each other networks recommend suitable reliable response needs.
