Non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) and the innate immune system are closely related, acting as defense mechanisms regulating gene expression immunity. Both modulators in initiation, development progression of cancer. We aimed to review major types ncRNAs, including small interfering (siRNAs), microRNAs (miRNAs), piwi-interacting (piRNAs), long non-coding (lncRNAs), with a focus on cancer, immunity, inflammation. found that ncRNAs related epigenetics, chronic inflammation, cancer share properties such inducibility, specificity, memory, transfer.
