TiO2 is one of the most important metal oxides which are widely applied in various fields, and modifications synthesis process in-depth characterization growing up day by day. Nano Anatase Rutile phases were synthesized from titanium iso-butoxide following an easy approach where no toxic chemicals utilized. Nano-TiO2 (Rutile phase) was thermal conversion nano-Anatase phase (which obtained at room temperature) 700 °C temperature for 2 h. confirmed X-ray diffraction (XRD) data matched with standard database. Different crystallographic parameters such as lattice parameters, preference growth calculated XRD data. methods utilized to estimate crystallite size using Scherrer equation, Williamson-Hall plot, Monshi-Scherrer Model, Size-strain plot method, Halder- Wagner Sahadat-Scherrer Model. Waste-derived biomass-based sorbents being employed in many applications, e.g., post-combustion CO2 capture process, are rising interest. This work investigates the technique by activated carbon (AC) derived from waste tea (WT) biomass. The synthesis protocol consists of carbonization followed activation with KOH and NaOH, known as chemical activators, utilizing wet impregnation method. With aim developing AC sorbent fluidizable fluidized-bed systems, an essential factor industrialization these mixed easily SiO2 nanoparticles (NPs). Prepared samples characterized via SEM, EDS, BET, FTIR, TG analysis. Based on analysis assessed three consecutive adsorption/desorption cycles, 457, 141, 69% higher average capacity is recorded for KOH-promoted (2.316 mmol/g) compared to raw (0.416 mmol/g), NaOH-promoted (0.961 commercial (1.370 respectively. Fluidization experiments show that WT-derived 2.5 wt.% NPs presents a 45% bed expansion ratio linked homogeneous bubbleless fluidization regime than its silica-free counterpart, which bubble- channel-containing non-uniform regime. modified shows 9% more (2.53 superior multicyclic stability during 25 multiple cycles.
