Pt-based alloys with precisely controllable element distribution are highly sought after in catalysis. This study focuses on optimizing elemental and alloying PtNi alloy nanowires (NWs) through high-temperature heat treatment. The resulting NWs uniform (U-PtNi NWs) demonstrate exceptional stability, attributed to facilitated electron transfer a denser Pt shell, stark contrast untreated that suffer from segregation subsequent performance degradation during electrochemical testing. Graphene-supported flower-shaped platinum and palladium nanomaterials assisted by hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide have been successfully developed.
