Background and Aims: Low back pain is a prevalent condition affecting 60–85% of individuals during their lifetime. Despite various proposed mechanisms, the etiology low remains unclear. This study aims to evaluate effectiveness combining ultrasound-guided infiltrations with early rehabilitation in reducing improving functional limitations patients chronic nonspecific pain. Methods: A retrospective observational was conducted, reviewing data from January April 2024 involving 40 Each patient received two cycles lidocaine corticosteroid at level posterior lower iliac spine, followed by 10 sessions. Patients were assessed baseline (T0), after first treatment cycle (T1), second (T2) using Oswestry Disability Index, Quebec Back Pain Scale, Roland Questionnaire, Numeric Rating Scale. Results: Significant improvements observed across all assessment scales. The ODI scores decreased 33.5 3.5 (p < 0.001). Similar reductions noted QBPDS (from 61.5 10.3), RDQ 18 3.4), NRS 7.4 1.3). combination resulted significant reduction disability, most notable occurring cycle. Conclusions: integration highly effective managing pain, significantly both limitations.
