Examine the relationship between workload, compensation, and work environment on productivity, taking into account role of discipline as a mediator. This study applies quantitative approaches survey methods to assess impact productivity. Likert questionnaires 1 5 were used comprehensive research instrument. Data was collected from 147 respondents at various levels within several companies. analysis uses Structural Equation Models (SEM) with help AMOS software identify relationships independent bound variables.The results showed that workload not significantly confirmed.
