Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) has emerged as a key driver of customer satisfaction in today's sustainability-focused business environment. As consumers increasingly prioritize eco-friendly products and ethical practices, companies integrating GSCM strategies gain competitive advantage. This paper examines how sustainable sourcing, packaging, carbon footprint reduction influence perceptions behaviors. Additionally, it explores the challenges businesses face, such balancing sustainability with operational efficiency overcoming greenwashing skepticism. The role technology, including AI blockchain, enhancing transparency verifying claims is also discussed. Finally, highlights gaps existing research suggests future directions for more consumer-driven supply chain.
