Charge storage performance of the poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene): (styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT: PSS, PH1000)-based supercapacitor is greatly enhanced by dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO)-treatment and addition aramid nanofibers (ANFs), but underlying mechanism unclear. To reveal it, we synthesized films PH1000, DMSO-treated PH1000 (D-P) PH1000-20wt%ANF (D-PA) to construct in-plane supercapacitors. A comparative study electrochemical was firstly conducted identify specific contribution DMSO-treatment ANF component. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) then analyzed, results demonstrated that reduction ohmic resistance device mainly attributed DMSO-treatment, while ANFs found contribute more decrease Warburg resistance. Effects component on electrical property microstructure film were analyzed based square AFM/SEM images, respectively. Dynamic permeation processes hydrogel electrolyte further recorded, vividly showing permeability highly dependent film. Through these analyses, a deep insight synergistic effects PH1000-based has been reached.

Abstract In the world of miniature advancements in technology, a current champion has emerged: micro supercapacitors. order to fabricate these micro-supercapacitors, we have developed promising and user-friendly approach for printing conductive functional ink containing ternary composite manganese dioxide (MnO 2 ) nanoparticles, Graphene, polyaniline (PANI) as dopant. Screen-printing technique was employed micro-supercapacitors using nanocomposite ink. The performance energy storage device examined flexible symmetric asymmetric, with an aqueous 1 M KOH electrolyte. According this strategy, characterisation electrochemical study results revealed that doping PANI into both asymmetric devices significantly increased material’s capacitive areal capacitance 167 mFcm −2 MnO /Graphene/PANI-5 (MGP-5) 292.5 supercapacitor (ASSC) at 5 mVs −1 . Furthermore, displayed outstanding cyclic stability, retaining 93.6% its after 10000 cycles. This underscores possibility incorporating graphene matrices efficient blueprints development superior electrode materials. improvement represents significant step forward, opening avenues future novel their integration top-of-the-line systems.
