Conducted during the second wave of pandemic, this cross-sectional study examined link between sleep quality, physical activity, exposure, and impact COVID-19 as predictors mental health in Saudi undergraduate students. Stress-related disorders are highly prevalent among first-year college students. Gaming disorder (GD) is an emerging linked to physical and psychological consequences. We aimed investigate the mechanism linking GD with anxiety, depression, sleep undergraduate Four hundred fifty-seven participants were recruited, survey included Internet Disorder Scale Short-Form (IGDS9-SF), Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7), Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Our results showed that female students scored significantly higher than males in anxiety depression. Purpose This study investigated the factors affecting online learning (OL) and stress anxiety (SaA) during COVID-19 pandemic in Saudi Arabia. Design/methodology/approach used a quantitative survey questionnaire to collect cross-sectional data. The authors sent 500 questionnaires respondents of which 262 samples were returned. represented 52% response rate. Finally, this 260 valid derive study’s findings. Compulsive overstudying, known as studyholism, is an emerging behavioral addiction. In this study, we examine the prevalence of, and relationships between, insomnia, study engagement, bedtime procrastination among undergraduate students.The Studyholism (SI-10), Athens Insomnia (AIS), scales were administered to a convenience sample of 495 university students.Our findings indicate that insomnia was 75.31%, high studyholism found in 15.31% sample, increased engagement detected 16.94%. A BSTRACT Background: The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic globally caused depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress. Mental health was affected by social separation, curfews, school business closures, economic deterioration, government objectives. This study intends to assess the influence of post-COVID-19 lockdown period on psychological students enrolled in colleges at King Saud University, Saudi Arabia. Materials Methods: cross-sectional conducted among healthcare University. We used a validated questionnaire Generalized Anxiety Disorder Assessment (GAD-7) Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10). sent participants via google forms link through WhatsApp, e-mail, other media platforms. total 311 responded questionnaire. Descriptive analysis Chi-square test were performed for qualitative data analysis. Results: Among participants, males 50.4% females 49.6%. About 63% attended training session COVID-19 prevention strategies. 37% from College Medicine, 27% Dentistry, 21% Pharmacy, 5% Applied Medical Sciences, 10% Nursing. average anxiety score 9.84, perceived stress (PSS) 23.95. 44.1% reported mild 1.6% suffered severe anxiety.
