Natural matrices have historically been a cornerstone in drug discovery, offering rich source of structurally diverse and biologically active compounds. However, research on natural products often faces significant challenges due to the complexity matrices, such as urine, limitations bioactivity assessment assays. To ensure reliable insights, it is crucial optimize experimental conditions reveal bioactive potential samples, thereby improving validity statistical analyses. Approaches metabolomics further strengthen this process by identifying focusing most promising compounds within enhancing precision metabolite prioritization. In study, we assessed 17 dromedary urine samples human renal cells under serum-reduced (1%FBS) order minimize possible FBS-derived interfering factors. Using viability assays Annexin V/PI staining, found that tumor cell lines Caki-1 RCC-Shaw were more sensitive cytotoxic effects small molecules present compared non-tumor HK-2 cells. Employing NMR analysis combined with detected vitro activity, our model highlights presence azelaic acid phenylacetyl glycine, underscoring its sustainable framework green chemistry circular economy initiatives.
