Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) has a typical layered structure and is widely used in the lubrication field. However, its nanosheets are difficult to disperse prone agglomeration lubricating oil, which makes it challenging achieve ultralow friction atmospheric environment restricts practical applications. Therefore, of great significance solve problems MoS2 realize friction. In this paper, synthesized by hydrothermal method were taken as target material, tremella-like nanospheres successfully prepared laser irradiation liquid. This technique realizes reshaping morphology under normal temperature pressure simple, clean, efficient. Importantly, these unique nanospheres, additives for glycerol, can not only effectively inhibit aggregation nanomaterials, possessing excellent dispersion stability good wetting properties, but also significantly reduce wear rate, enabling system long-term environment. The analysis worn surfaces indicates that effective formation tribofilm self-storage characteristics key factors achieving research promotes application materials engineering field provides theoretical basis development new lubricants.
