Despite the resolution of pathology at admission, many hospitalized patients are discharged in a worse functional state, particularly terms walking capabilities, due to hospitalization inactivity. Early interventions maintain state through exercise such as passive mobilization, executed during hospitalization, have been proven be effective preventing physical and cognitive decline. Unfortunately, can excluded from treatments high number people limited availability healthcare personnel. This paper presents framework that allows patient autonomously perform exercises without assistance qualified Such exploits advantages an Augmented Reality (AR) device which visualize real-time instructions on directions their execution. The monitoring patient’s movements is accomplished by means dedicated wearable sensors fixed limb. system was tested preliminary experiments healthy people.

Being bed-bound means a loss of mobility and independence. Changing clothes is challenging task for bedridden patients caregivers due to the complicated posture changes patient physical burden on caregivers. To overcome these challenges, novel approach aiming minimize caregivers' proposed assist in changing clothes, including pants, shirts, T-shirts, A-line dresses, by sequentially controlling inflation status each chamber multichambered air mattresses performing unique technique.
