Nature-based health and therapy (NBHT) is a term incorporating broad suite of practices that focus on engagement with the natural world nature-rich spaces for potential physical mental benefits. As healthcare professions such as physiotherapy osteopathy move away from biomedical/reductionist models care complex conditions towards approaches which take into account social environmental determinants health, NBHT may become part clinical interventions public messaging. However, there are multiple challenges in aspects research application, methodological issues primary base, to questions injustice access inequalities many areas.
