Nature-based health and therapy (NBHT) is a term incorporating broad suite of practices that focus on engagement with the natural world nature-rich spaces for potential physical mental benefits. As healthcare professions such as physiotherapy osteopathy move away from biomedical/reductionist models care complex conditions towards approaches which take into account social environmental determinants health, NBHT may become part clinical interventions public messaging.
