Invasive alien vegetation brought about by various human activities has grown to be a significant threat the ecosystem and its diversity; therefore, control strategies combat this are being explored. This review aims investigate prospect of using biochar specifically from as support material for proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cell electrocatalyst, highlighting need move green energy invest in Eco conservation. The use derived carbon platinum (Pt) electrocatalyst PEM cells is an interesting field that slowly gaining momentum. Biochar potential used due high specific surface, area, intrinsic property needed support. current widely which Pt supported on black, shown suffer corrosion weakens bond between nanoparticles, leading instability resistance; alternative supports also decrease loading it expensive. focus benefits prospects these cheap resources increasing efforts conserve environment.
