Urban green spaces (UGS) have been linked with a series of benefits for the environment, and physical health well-being urban residents. This is great importance in context aging modern societies. However, UGS different forms characteristics that can determine their utilization. Global ageing has brought attention to addressing the elderly mobility dilemma, and a commitment address inclusive transport in ageing. Transport inclusion for older adults aims at establishing an age-friendly system. As direct policy goal promoting active as indirect social goal, help populations gain access opportunities. Based on analysis of scientific knowledge mapping over past 30 years, this study visualizes hotspots trends research. Through qualitative 138 papers, paper reviews theoretical foundations three themes research, proposes framework public (PT) research well future directions. The suggests that can enhance health, participation, subjective well-being. It improve their travel opportunities four ways: opportunity accessibility, physical informationalization, cost affordability. Future should pay examining mechanism perceived ageing, expanding multilevel space capability approach (CA), exploring subjective-objective integrated model PT inclusion. This contributes overall empirical researches promotes application interdisciplinary field.

Urban green space (UGS) has been proven to be essential for improving the health of residents. Local governments thus need provide attractive UGS enhance residents’ wellbeing. However, cities face spatial and finanical limitations in creating managing UGS. As a result, greening plans often fail or are postponed indefinitely. To evaluate whether informal urban (IGS) can supplement existing UGS, we conducted questionnaire survey 567 residents Ichikawa (Japan), city currently providing only 3.43 m2 per capita. In particular, analyzed how activities affect IGS perception, as it may difficult recognize greenery because is not an officially recognized recreation. Results show that took favorable stance towards IGS, but perception differs depending on their environment exposure. Residents who frequently exposed environments daily lives highly environmental improvement aspects significantly perceived accessibility advantage IGS. Willingness participate conservation was linked with likelihood recognizing Our results encourage understanding supplementary taking into account attitude contribute introducing discourse planning.
