Flexible public transport is defined as a future mobility solution that adapts to user needs and the fluctuating demand patterns mainly appear in rural areas. However, temporal variations traveler preferences for flexible bus services remain largely unexplored existing research. This constrains realization of adaptive customized solutions. Therefore, this study attempts develop distinct method strategic planning service. To end, combinatorial undertaken: quantitative social research (questionnaires) spatial analysis. approach applied at Korinth Loutraki Greece, two significant areas neighboring Athens Metropolitan Area. The results signify cost time are most crucial factors affecting use Furthermore, respondents preferred door-to-door service morning stop-based afternoon/evening. Concerning route planning, eight routes with different purposes suggested (e.g., train feeder, touristic, etc.) covering adequately both urban parts area. Notably, methodological can be guideline planners policymakers, assisting them finding effective strategies introducing areas, especially contexts where collective culture limited.
