(1) Background: Cirrhosis is associated with frequent alterations in standard coagulation tests that do not adequately reflect hemostasis. Thromboelastography provides a global assessment of and evaluates the functional status clotting factors, fibrinogen, platelets, fibrinolysis. The study aimed to assess whether liver disease severity leads progressive thromboelastography-based coagulation. (2) Methods: Consecutive patients cirrhosis abnormal (at least one International Normalized Ratio > 2, platelet count < 50 × 103/µL, fibrinogen 200 mg/dL) were analyzed using native thromboelastography. (3) Results: A total 106 included, whom 69 (65.1%) had normal While significantly worse Child C group (n = 62, 58.5%) than staged B, no significant differences existed between any thromboelastography variables. Of (47.1%) an only two (4%) features hypocoagulation, while 26% hypercoagulability on Patients 103/µL lower function as assessed by thromboelastography, yet eight (20%) met criteria for transfusion. transfusion protocol might lead 94.6% reduction blood product indications simulation where included would require interventional procedures. (4) Conclusion: Standard showed poor correlation Based severe, decompensated have preserved hemostasis balance despite tests. Therefore, should be used guide administration products cirrhosis.
