Media dan sumber belajar merupakan komponen penting dalam proses pembelajaran yang efektif. Pemilihan media tepat sangat bergantung pada landasan teori mendasarinya. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan ragam klasifikasi serta berdasarkan penggunaannya. Landasan dibahas meliputi psikologi kognitif, konstruktivisme, keterlibatan kognitif. Setiap memberikan pandangan berbeda tentang bagaimana individu berinteraksi dengan belajar. Dari perspektif ini, dapat diklasifikasikan karakteristiknya, seperti keaktifan peserta didik, interaktivitas, jenis konten disajikan, tingkat kognitif dibutuhkan. Melalui pemahaman mendalam pendidik memilih sesuai tujuan karakteristik sehingga meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran.

Abstract Despite thorough attention to how context shapes subsidiary behavior, very little IB research has explored the dynamic impact of disruptive changes in historical on organizational innovations MNEs. Abstract Research Summary I explore the relationship of firm global strategy and value chain (GVC) governance, within a context expanding responsibility boundaries for unethical practices in chain. Specifically, focusing on tantalum supply digital electronics GVC, conduct case‐based process study that contextualizes different strategic responses three manufacturers capacitors when faced with similar efficiency, ethical, institutional pressures. Integrating GVC literatures, find structural inertia GVCs limits efficacy strategies preserve, rather than alter, governance structure, instead requiring restructuring carried out by individual firms, whose internalization is encouraged institutionalization these through public policy.
