Abstract Polyvinyl chloride is extensively utilized in various applications that affect our lives. It produced on an industrial scale different shapes and forms. subjected to photodegradation, which produces toxic products. These products are hazardous the environment human health. Additionally, photodegradation shortens lifetime use of polyvinyl chloride. Therefore, elongation important issue be addressed. Recently, research has been highlighted towards designing, synthesizing, using new additives capable reducing photodecomposition The present work focuses synthesizing novel omeprazole-tin complexes their prospective utilization for Compound 1 was synthesized high yield from omeprazole, structure confirmed. Some observed behaviors were explained by potential application as photostabilizers chlorides. effectiveness decreasing demonstrated through analysis weight loss, molecular depression, formation fragments containing carbonyl alkene groups, surface morphology irradiated films.
