In the field of evolutionary computation, gene expression programming (GEP) has been favored by public because its straightforward encoding method. Due to coding rules for head and tail on gene, ability be constructed as an is limited, thereby limiting expressiveness individuals. this article, a variant that uses standard GEP individual structure based code reuse strategy proposed maintain concise representation advantage improve expressive individual. This method can accuracy reduce tree complexity. addition, experiments conducted predict recurrence cervical cancer malignancy breast have demonstrated predicted performance with structured reusability (SR-GEP) performed better than C5.0, but SR-GEP performs best.
