Abstract The personalized recommendation of courses and exercises can realize more accurate, tailor-made teaching, significantly improve teaching efficiency, stimulate students’ learning interest motivation. In this paper, we first obtain the knowledge point data computer specialties then extract course entities using TF-IDF algorithm. We use artificial rules to relationships between entities, design an estimation method for mastery points, combine graph generate different sequences students, recommend resources them. Then, a simple Bayesian classification algorithm classify characterize text learners by combining their degree difficulty, other characteristics. system in paper is applied program at university Guangzhou compare effect. It was found that average grade experimental class 11.25 points higher than control class, improvement 11.92 compared pre-test, distribution scores clearly progressed from 75-80 range 85-90 range. three dimensions perceived usefulness, ease use, intention vast majority respondents chose agree or strongly agree, score survey 4.31, 4.24, 4.18, respectively, indicating easy operate has reasonable functional results recommended basically conform learners’ psychological expectations practical needs. This study proposes feasible path integration intelligence technology into which will quality efficiency education teaching.
