This research aims to analyze the relationship between environmental justice and urban green space connectivity in Tehran, Iran. The evaluation of this study is conducted through two distinct cost layers: one aimed at enhancing existing connections another focused on establishing new spaces. Key factors influencing connectivity, extracted from relevant literature, were identified facilitate analysis. Employing graph theory least-cost analysis, results determined critical resistance factors, current status, varying degrees which different districts benefit ecosystem services, most effective routes for corridors. Research findings highlight significant disparities access these particularly underserved central Tehran. Moreover, spatial analysis reveals a higher potential east–west service corridors due density hubs lower costs orientation, while north–south faces more challenges. By exploring land use/land cover, physical socio-economic affecting provides planners with novel methodology comprehensive insights decision making, resource allocation, use planning.
