The development and application of urban digital infrastructure can alter land use patterns facilitate the aggregation factors such as labor capital, thereby influencing efficiency in cities. Based on statistical data from 279 cities China spanning 2004 to 2019, this study employs fixed-effects mediation models analyze impact efficiency. findings reveal that construction significantly promotes enhancement efficiency, with technological innovation levels industrial structural transformation serving mediators between exhibits heterogeneity across different city scales, tiers, geographic locations, policy implementation batches. Its effects are more pronounced larger-scale cities, higher-tier those located central western regions, first two batches pilot research contribute providing theoretical references a decision-making basis for enhancing advocating increased investment construction, encouraging levels, facilitating upgrading transformation.

Abstract The sustainable development goals regard improving agricultural production efficiency (APE) as the main method to solve food security problems. Based on geographical cognition, combined with functional positioning, we used meta semi‐parametric linear programming and spatial convergence models analyze spatiotemporal characteristics of APE in Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2000 2020. results show that (1) under framework metafrontier analysis, increases while maintaining an olive‐shaped stable structure “sharp at both ends wide middle”; (2) efficiencies areas middle reaches has obviously declined compared non‐agricultural areas; (3) non‐spatial factors jointly drive convergence. research can provide references for clarifying evolution law regional agriculture formulating differentiation macro policies.

The rational use of land is an important guarantee for the sustainable development resource-based cities. First, this paper uses panel data 115 cities in China from 2004 to 2018 measure green efficiency (GLUE) by SBM model and Metafrontier-Malmquist productivity index model. Secondly, it analyzes industrial upgrading perspectives optimization structure rationalization explore impact mechanism on GLUE. Furtherly, heterogeneity analysis carried out following two perspectives: exploring GLUE under different types urban samples; using quantile analyze quantiles. main conclusions study are as follows: (1) both promote improvement robustness test instrumental variable method support conclusion. (2) For cities, have positive coefficients regeneration growing declining but a negative effect mature (3) In all quantiles, effects positive. However, with increase role gradually decreases. increases. Meanwhile, there obvious threshold when taking resource endowment variable. This provides theoretical reference transformation

Urban land green use efficiency (ULGUE) is one of the important indicators growth, making limited resources exert optimal benefits and minimize environmental pollution, enabling development cities. This survey measures ULGUE 284 Chinese cities at prefecture level above using Super-SBM model, built around panel data from 2004 to 2021. The geographic temporal evolution features are studied ArcGIS exploratory spatio-temporal analysis (ESTDA). elements influencing assessed a spatial econometric model. It found that: (1) fluctuates rises with time but has still not achieved validity in general; regionally, west > east central, an overall roughly decreasing trend perimeter center; provincially, Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Hainan basically achieve validity. (2) Each city's enthusiastic association. number dynamic local structures increases, strong dependence regional synergy be further strengthened. leap matrix indicates that most have undergone transformation cohesion. (3) Spatial modeling results highlight assisted by urbanization, industrial structure, regulation, economic development, while it hampered population density, scientific technical input, financial development. may optimized through bolstering urban collaboration, refining system, developing utilizing orderly manner, adjusting constructing system "government, industry, academia, research, application."

Taking Inner Mongolia as a case, this study systematically analyzes the coupling and coordination relationship between carbon emissions from land use (CELU) high-quality economic development (HQED). The aim is to provide empirical support policy inspiration for archiving “dual carbon” goal HQED strategy in border areas. Panel data 12 cities 2000 2020 were selected. We established an evaluation index system CELU using entropy-weight TOPSIS method scientifically evaluated level of HQED. applied exploratory spatial analysis, topic decoupling, degree (CCD), geographic detector models comprehensively analyze status heterogeneity driving factors affecting CCD explored detail. Although total has increased, its growth rate slowed significantly. was low, obvious disequilibrium observed. Seven key factors, including land-use structure, efficiency, energy intensity, have significant effects on CCD. To supply-side structural reform, promote HQED, achieve emission reduction green goals, we offer series recommendations: transformation resource-based cities, optimize industrial structure upgrading, strengthen scientific technological innovation technology applications, improve regional cooperation coordination. This reveals internal provides practical instructive countermeasures suggestions sustainable areas, such Mongolia, which important reference value promoting economies achieving goal.

Currently, China will promote county towns' urbanization, and few studies have analyzed spatial effects of urban land-use intensity on CO2 emissions predicted at the level accurately. Here, taking data from 2010 to 2015 Zhejiang Province as an example, we effect three aspects input, density output by Durbin model (SDM). And then a machine learning method Back Propagation Neural Network (BPNN) was proposed predict for 2035 nonlinearly under different promotions intensity. The main result conclusion showed that: (1) spillover were negatively related emissions, positive emissions; (2) prediction BPNN that improvement would not be effective in reductions southwestern counties with both low levels urbanization intensity; (3) It reduction slowing down growth rate capital input intensity, especially northeast region which developed port economy. Our study encouraged regional differentiated strategy achieve carbon development.
