This study addresses the persistence of patriarchal structures and reproduction traditional gender roles in rural settings. Abstract Existing literature on women's empowerment (aligned with SDG 5) overlooks the diverse experiences and obstacles faced by women from various racial, ethnic, socioeconomic backgrounds. This lack of intersectionality within studies hinders our understanding unique challenges encountered marginalized limits effectiveness policies interventions aimed at fostering their empowerment. To address this gap, study delves into processes empowering in Bangladesh. Qualitative data were gathered through semi‐structured interviews 12 working women. Agriculture is central to Nepal’s economy but faces growing challenges such as environmental degradation, labor shortages, and the increasing feminization of farming due male outmigration. Environmental Conservation (ECA) offers a sustainable solution, yet adoption remains inconsistent knowledge gaps resource constraints. This study examines socio-demographic, economic, factors influencing farmers’ willingness learn about ECA its relationship with women’s empowerment. A cross-sectional survey 383 farmers across Kavre, Dhading, Chitwan districts in Bagmati Province reveals that 72.6% are willing ECA, driven by climate change concerns, economic incentives, market access. Farmers who have experienced climate-related crop losses (64%) those engaged consumer-driven markets (59%) show greater inclination ECA.
