Abstract
Existing
literature
on
women's
empowerment
(aligned
with
SDG
5)
overlooks
the
diverse
experiences
and
obstacles
faced
by
women
from
various
racial,
ethnic,
socioeconomic
backgrounds.
This
lack
of
intersectionality
within
studies
hinders
our
understanding
unique
challenges
encountered
marginalized
limits
effectiveness

interventions
aimed
at
fostering
their
empowerment.

address
this
gap,
study
delves
into
processes
empowering
in
Bangladesh.
Qualitative
data
were
gathered
through
semi‐structured
interviews
12
working
women.
Thematic
analysis
qualitative
revealed
that

family
support,
economic
