The process of industrial transformation, becoming the most important for building up sustainable cities, is in urgent need studying alternative options land use to ensure city development. The development of sci-tech parks (STPs), as the spatial carrier urbanization and growth pole innovation economy, cannot be separated from integration three key elements “industry”, “city”, “innovation”. This study selects Hangzhou West Hi-Tech Corridor, which represents forefront practice China’s STPs is a high-quality model with highly integrated “industry–city–innovation” functions, case. By using multi-source data, such geographic information point interest (POI), research methods, Shannon entropy index quadratic curve regression, this examines influence functional mixing on innovative STPs, explores optimal degree interval. results show that functions can promote STPs’ development, to certain extent, in design urban planning. Mixed land use has the advantages of promoting economic and intensive utilization improving efficiency use, which can help alleviate current urban problems promote sustainable development cities. Existing studies have usually used quantitative indicators to reflect complex diverse mixed situations, conclusions obtained cannot provide a basis for functional selection in practices. Therefore, this study took Shenzhen as area explore whether there are differences vibrancy enhancement among different types. First, block-scale dataset was constructed.
