Nutritional status is an important prognostic factor in patients with multiple myeloma (MM). The Controlling Status (CONUT) score has shown promise predicting outcomes various malignancies; however, its role autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) MM remains unclear. This study aimed to evaluate the significance of pre-transplant CONUT scores post-transplant engraftment kinetics and early complications undergoing ASCT. single-center, retrospective analyzed 59 who underwent ASCT between 1 October 2022, July 2024. Pre-transplant were calculated, their associations assessed using statistical analyses. Higher independently associated longer neutrophil times (p = 0.012). Patients developed oral mucositis (OM) had significantly higher than those without OM 0.028). A cut-off 2.5 demonstrated 100% sensitivity 57.14% specificity (Area Under Curve (AUC) 0.792, 95% CI: 0.654-0.930, p 0.033). Our demonstrates that a delay increased risk developing mucositis. These findings suggest can serve as valuable predictive tool for complications, thereby guiding targeted interventions improving patient management.
