ABSTRACT This study used 16S rDNA high‐throughput sequencing to analyze the bacterial diversity of Jersey cow colostrum and mature milk, evaluated probiotic properties Ligilactobacillus salivarius CR29 isolated from samples. The community structure milk samples was analyzed, lactic acid bacteria were using MRS medium. potential strains for growth, production, hemolytic activity, antibacterial antibiotic sensitivity, bile tolerance, hydrophobicity, autoaggregation coaggregation abilities, as well their survival in a simulated gastrointestinal environment. results showed that nine exhibited potential, among which no hemolysis had strong significantly inhibiting several pathogens compared other strains. sensitive multiple antibiotics (such tetracycline rifampicin), its rates under 0.3% salt pH 2 conditions 56.28% 77.59%, respectively. Its rate after passage 47.86%. In summary, demonstrated excellent may be applied functional foods health‐related fields future.
