There has been a notable increase in occurrence and intensity of marine heatwaves (MHW) over the past decades, with consequent remarkable risk to vulnerable species as bivalves. This study examines responses farmed Mytilus galloprovincialis 2022 MHW that impacted Northwestern (NW) Adriatic Sea.
