Indonesia’s blue economy holds immense potential due to the marine ecosystem and maritime area, encompassing fisheries sector, tourism, influencing market. Despite this significant potential, these resources have not been optimally utilized boost economic growth. Therefore, study aims investigate competitive advantage of Blue Economy sector by enhancing outcomes processing, sales in Indonesia through Resource-Based View (RBV) theory. Abstract Here we propose a framework and agenda for nutrition-sensitive governance (NSG) of fisheries that rethink dominant paradigms measures to incorporate nutrition-related objectives into governance. Fish, rich in micronutrients, have potential improving the nutritional status coastal riparian communities, particularly Global South where inadequate nutrition is prevalent. Yet, fish alleviate malnutrition remains limited policy documents high-level government commitments. We an NSG grounded three main pillars: 1-extending boundaries governance, 2-integrating multiple forms knowledge, 3-prioritizing domestic local needs; each these pillars links different levels starting at level conceptualization images connected what are should do, more policy-oriented with hands-on recommendations, through intermediate two.
