Purpose: The study aims to identify the opportunities for improving employment offers by identifying differences in requirements as work on a ship formulated maritime university students and seafarers. Design/methodology/approach: To achieve goal, Kano method was applied, determine relationship between level of fulfilled students' seafarers' satisfaction. Findings: It found that there are how seafarers perceive same working ship. As perception these depends seafaring experience, shipowners should differentiate terms conditions job targeted group potential employees. Rusya Ukrayna çatışması lojistik hizmetlerin aksamasına, tedarik zinciri bağıntılarının bozulmasına neden olmakta ve küresel ticaretin sürdürülebilir gelişimi için risk oluşturmaktadır. Nitekim enerji kaynakları, tahıl gıda gibi birçok emtianın ihracatında dünyanın önde gelen iki önemli ülkesi olan dış ticaret faaliyetlerinin büyük kısmını denizyolu taşımacılığıyla gerçekleştirmektedir. Fakat çatışmanın başladığı tarihten itibaren denizcilik firması limanlarına gemi uğraklarını iptal etti rezervasyonlarını belirsiz süreyle askıya aldı. Programlarında veya limanları gemiler Hamburg, Rotterdam, Köstence, Trablus, Pire İstanbul geri yönlendirildi. Dış ticaretinin payını deniz gerçekleştiren ülkelere yönelik bu kararların alınması, bölgedeki lojistiğinde darboğaza olabilir. Bu sebeple çalışmanın amacı Rusya-Ukrayna çatışmasının lojistiğindeki etkilerinin değerlendirilmesidir. kapsamda literatür, sektörel raporlar uluslararası otoritelerinin yayınları kavramsal çerçevede incelenmiştir. Çatışmanın, bölgeselde küreselde farklı etkiler oluşturduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sonuçlar, (1) çatışma bölgesinde rezervasyonlarının alındığını, denizcilerin gemilerde mahsur kaldığını, navlunların sigorta primlerinin yükseldiğini, (2) ise taşımacılık maliyetlerinin arttığını gemilerin yönlendirildiği limanlarının hinterlantlarında sıkışıklığın oluştuğunu göstermektedir.

The study aims to explore the dilemmas experienced by Filipino seafarers in cruise line industry. Purposive sampling was used phenomenological approach examine lived experiences of seafarers. Since its inception, the coronavirus pandemic has caused serious social, economic, and health problems around world.Seafarers have been identified as key workers in mitigating negative impact of on global trade ensuring delivery medical hygiene supplies to regions need.However, complete closure policies implemented by certain countries led prolonged periods board for seafarers with expired contracts economic hardship those unable join new assignments.Seafarers who spend long a ship must deal issues that may affect their psychological state.Therefore, it is important identify factors cause experience distress develop relevant strategies address them.The aim this study was determine association between seafarers' fear disease-2019 (COVID-19) including symptoms anxiety, depression, stress.The questionnaire used COVID-19 Scale expression, Anxiety Stress Scale), which strong psychometric properties.Data were collected from 425 qualified working international merchant ships analyzed structural equation modeling using AMOS-24.The results indicate positively associated anxiety stress but not depression.Maritime companies, sectoral organizations, policymakers should collaborate reduce these associations among seafarers.A unified management approach improved access services, regular mental assessments can be effective solutions.
