The governance sector is characterized by two main actors, regional government Galicia and National Association Fish Seafood Cannery Manufacturers, multiannual strategic plans sector. Abstract Although Spain has a long tradition of maritime, naval, and fishing museums, in the last 20 years there been boom museums this type along Spanish coast. Paradoxically, museum coincided with profound crisis. In order to face social economic consequences, Fisheries Local Action Groups (FLAGs) have established by EU support territorial development areas, financing projects various kinds, including sociocultural activities that promote fishery diversification, stimulate tourism, enhance value rich tangible intangible heritage linked fishing.
