compared

ontology
(GO)
enrichment
indicated
these
differentially
expressed
(DEGs)
significantly
associated
with
ATP
metabolism.
KEGG

Genomes)

resulted
dysregulation
phosphorylation.
Furthermore,
six
lipid
metabolism-related
pathways.
Overall,
our
findings,
despite
limited
number
samples,
suggested
led
rice–crayfish
co-culture.

adaptive
response

farming
