The
containment
history
in
the
coastal
zone
of
Bohai
Sea
has
not
been
sufficiently
traced
because
difficulty
identifying
complex
sources
pollutants.
This
study
quantitatively
identified
various
Pb
and
Sr
two
tidal
flat
sediment
cores
from
Bay
(core
BB)
Liaodong
LB)
based
on
their
isotope
ratios
to
trace
natural
anthropogenic
disturbance
Sea.
results
showed
that
inputs
were
main
for
BB
LB;
however,
core
LB
was
more
influenced
by
inputs.
Natural
derived
mainly
Chinese
loess
Yellow
River
sediments,
whereas
a
mixture
vehicular
exhaust
emissions
before
2000
coal
combustion
after
2000.
Anthropogenic
influence
declined
since
late
1990s,
especially
Bay,
but
increased
1998
2006.
