Solution-processed oxide-based heterojunctions that work in diverse directions will be ideal alternatives for cost-effective, stable, and multifunctional devices. Here, we have reported a stable multilevel resistive switching (RS) at the solution-processed TiO2/ZnFe2O4 heterointerface with endurance stability over 104 cycles retention 105 s. It can maintain after dripping water onto device, followed by drying 100 °C an operating temperature of up to 200 °C. As mechanism is governed filamentary interface-dominated charge conduction, our device shows additional tunability low resistance state (LRS) changing environmental conditions. The inability form filaments results almost negligible under vacuum or inert environment LRS loss. Meanwhile, presence reducing gas leads depletion layer lowering removing surface-adsorbed oxygen molecules help filament conduction through interface and, hence, change LRS. Furthermore, different reaction capacities reactive environments molecule lead discrete ON–OFF ratios, presenting pathway identify several vapors like ammonia, formaldehyde, acetone room new approach integrating RS sensing technology.
