Diabetes and its complications derived are among serious global health concerns that critically deteriorate the quality of life patients and, in some cases, result lethal outcome. Herein, general information on pathogenesis, factors aggravating course disease drugs used for treatment two types diabetes briefly discussed. The aim review is to introduce supramolecular strategies currently being developed mellitus present a very effective alternative chemical synthesis, allowing fabrication nanocontainers with switchable characteristics meet criteria green chemistry. Particular attention paid organic (amphiphilic polymeric) formulations, including those natural origin, due their biocompatibility, low toxicity, bioavailability. advantages limitations different nanosystems discussed, emphasis adaptivity noninvasive administration routes.<br>The bibliography includes 378 references.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is characterized by elevated levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and a persistent inflammatory microenvironment dominated M1 macrophages, both which contribute to disease progression. To address these pathological features, we developed core-shell nanoplatform consisting silver-modified ceria nanoparticles loaded with celastrol (Ag-CeNP@Cel). This significantly enhances the water solubility reduces its hepato-renal toxicity enabling passive accumulation in inflamed joints. The synergistically combine scavenge excess ROS reprogram macrophages into M2 thereby mitigating responses improving rheumatoid (RAM). Ag-CeNP@Cel exhibited robust therapeutic efficacy safety preclinical models, presenting an innovative approach RA treatment integrating elimination macrophage modulation ameliorate microenvironment. study underscores potential as promising strategy for management.
