Hexagonal boron nitride nanosheets (BNNSs) exhibit remarkable thermal and dielectric properties. However, their self-assembly alignment in macroscopic forms remain challenging due to the chemical inertness of nitride, thereby limiting performance applications such as management. In this study, we present a coaxial wet spinning approach for fabrication BNNSs/polymer composite fibers with high nanosheet orientation. The were prepared using superacid-based solvent system showed layered structure comprising an aramid core aramid/BNNSs sheath. Notably, exhibited significantly higher BNNSs compared uniaxial fibers, primarily additional compressive forces exerted at core-sheath interface during hot drawing process.
