This study reports the facile synthesis of a novel series benzothiazole-chalcones, in addition to their inhibitory profile on important metabolic enzymes including human carbonic anhydrases (hCA-I, hCA-II) and paraoxonase (PON-1). The inhibition parameters, IC50 (concentration for 50% inhibition) Ki (dissociation constant) values, toward title were determined studied compounds. As result, values hydratase activity range 4.15-5.47 2.56-4.58 μM hCA-I hCA-II, respectively. At same time, esterase 24.91-104.00 35.25-97.00 μM, while 14.43-59.66 26.65-73.34 In addition, PON-1 enzyme results showed interesting effects, with between 13.28 16.68 μM. Finally, comprehensive approach was established synthesized compounds based theoretical calculations, which have been done using B3LYP, PBE0 theories SVP, TVZP, TVZPP basis sets, followed by docking studies outputs proved harmonically flows experimental results.

We report an efficient and eco-friendly method for the Vitreoscilla hemoglobin (VHb)-catalyzed synthesis of benzoxazoles in water at room temperature. tert-Butyl hydroperoxide 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-1-piperidinyloxy were used as oxidant radical scavenger, respectively. A total 27 functionally diverse prepared moderate to high yields (62 %-94 %) by annulation reaction phenols with amines presence VHb 1 h. Thus, this is highly viable practical applications. This work broadens application organic synthesis.

The condensation of 2-aminothiophenol and aromatic aldehydes promoted by an ionic liquid [n-HexylNEt3][HSO4] results 2-arylbenzothiazoles in high yields under ultrasound irradiation.2-Arylbenzothiazoles exhibit unique biological pharmaceutical properties, including antifungal antiviral activity, rendering them suitable as, e.g., anticancer agents caspase inhibitors. 1 Thus, have received attention the fields chemistry, biology, medicine.Two main routes for synthesis been reported.The first route couples benzothiazole to ring via loss a leaving group, while employing metal catalysts such as iron(III) nitrate nonahydrate, 2 NiBr2(DME) (DME = 1,2-dimethoxyethane), 3 palladium diacetate, 4 nickel(II) acetate tetrahydrate. 5 This method has reported Cu2 (4,4'-oxybis(4,4'-oxybis(benzoate)))2(4,4'-bipyridine) [Cu2(OBA)2(BPY)]. 6 second involves cyclic reaction with aldehydes, catalyzed Lewis acid scandium tris(trifluoromethanesulfonate), 7 vanadium(IV)-salen complex, 8 ceric(IV) ammonium nitrate, 9 or nano-crystalline sulfated zirconia. 10The use expensive metals nickel, which potentially remain product cannot be recycled, thus causing considerable environmental pollution.The presents similar dangers due metal-containing catalysts.Environmentally friendly chemicals less harmful therefore become attractive alternatives abovementioned synthetic organic chemistry.In this paper, we describe efficient harmless 2-arylbenzothiazoles, involving direct aryl upon ultrasonic irradiation.
