Abstract
It
has
long
been
established
that
people
attach
value
to
window
views.
However,
the
challenge
in
real
estate
market
analyses
is
capture
what
landscape
features
an
attractive
view
contains
and
thus
how
they
affect
worth
(individual
valuation)
of
estate.
Real
research
predominantly
uses
questionnaires
analyze
perception
landscape.
This
assesses
possibilities
using
eye-tracking
as
objective
tool
for

by
comparing
results

surveys

qualitative
analysis
