This work reports new mixed matrix membranes (MMMs) for the adsorption of enzymes from organic solvents. In this work, polyimide/hydroxyapatite (PI/HAP) MMMs were prepared via phase inversion method and further crosslinked with 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane (APTES). The chemical structural stability PI/HAP improved applied lysozyme (LZ) in solvent. by changing 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) concentration crosslinking time. optimal APTES condition is 6% 8 h. LZ performance was studied solvent types. possessed a high organic-solvent-aqueous solutions, capacity reached 34.1 mg/g. had desorption recovery ability. maintained 60% their 58% at fourth cycle desorption. provided technology purification separation or proteins
