In this paper, a novel polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane with uniform pore size and hydrophilic cross-linked network in matrix was developed by non‐solvent induced phase separation method. The dual role mechanism of in-situ cross-linking regulating molecular chain arrangement during preventing deterioration mechanical properties were analyzed. results demonstrated that the formed crosslinking entangled PVDF chains which improved regularity chains, increasing uniformity distribution, percentage most probable modified increased to 93.25%. immobilized semi-interpenetrating structure, maintaining membrane. permeation flux 24.1 times 477.7 L·m-2·h-1compared original rejection BSA maintained at 99.4%, tensile strength 2.52 MPa. exhibited persistent hydrophilicity 21 days washing experiment antifouling performance.
