Background/Objectives: Hand grip strength (HGS) reflects muscle and is an important indicator of sarcopenia. There a gap in the research regarding determinants relative HGS that take sex differences into account. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate association between physical, behavioral, psychological factors menopausal women from South Korea. Methods: This used data obtained 7th National Health Nutrition Examination Survey (2016-2018), which had complex, stratified, multistage sample design. A total 2129 aged 40 64 were included cross-sectional study. To associated with HGS, multiple regression analysis was used. Results: In study, sociodemographic influenced education (high school: B = 0.03, p 0.001; college: 0.04, 0.003) marital status (live with: 0.004). Abstract Endometriosis is a common gynecological disorder that may cause chronic pelvic pain, infertility, and metabolic disorders. Sarcopenia, progressive skeletal muscle loss, often affects older adults. This study explored the incidence risk factors for sarcopenia in endometriosis patients using NHANES dataset, enrolling 373 participants. was confirmed via self-report questionnaire, while assessed dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry. Covariates included age, race, marital status, education level, poverty income ratio, smoking habits, health conditions. Statistical analyses were conducted SPSS version 26.0, employing four multivariate regression models. The average age 40.3 40.0 years endometriotic participants with without sarcopenia, respectively. Minority ethnicity had higher odds (OR 6.00, 95% CI 1.24–29.07). duration less than five associated 4.83, 2.57–9.09). Lower educational levels linked to reduced chance of developing 0.42, 0.21–0.86).
