Background: Vocational indecision refers to the difficulty students face when making decisions about their future careers. It can increase academic stress due pressure adolescents feel having make important decisions. Resilience is a crucial skill for coping with and adapting these challenges stressful situations. Objective: This study aims analyse relationship between different dimensions of vocational indecision, including influence resilience factors. Methods: included 345 in final year compulsory secondary education who completed Scale, an Academic Stress Inventory, Indecision questionnaire. Results: The findings indicate that variables most related are information-seeking psycho-emotionality. symptoms dimension (concentration problems anxiety) best explains indecision. Persistence, tenacity, self-efficacy significantly explain both Conclusions: reciprocal highlights how uncertainty school. helps by developing strategies maintaining positive attitude. An integrated program proposed improve decision-making, reduce stress, foster students.

Change is an inevitable part of life yet navigating it can be challenging. Students transitioning from school to higher education encounter unique stressors that significantly impact their mental health. International students face compounded difficulties as they adapt abroad, often for the first time, without immediate support family and friends. This transition introduces independent living, which demands new responsibilities such managing finances, academics, personal well-being-tasks are frequently underestimated. Participating in extracurricular activities may reduce academic stress, although its impact on physical therapy students is not clearly determined. To evaluate the association between participation and stress levels among students. A cross-sectional analytical study was conducted 110 fourth-year undergraduate Chile. Abstract Resilience, particularly under stressful circumstances, is essential for well‐being. Prior research has shown the positive effects of resilience on overall self‐esteem and emotional balance, but dynamic nature these attributes consistently been overlooked. This study investigated how influences state balance during periods examination stress. To this end, we utilized a 13‐day daily diary design to collect data once day from 212 participants (160 females; Mage = 18.30; SDage 1.03).
