To increase the stability of selenium in nano state and further improve its antioxidant skin whitening ability, Bombyx batryticatus polypeptide (BBPP) was prepared. The optimum synthesis conditions nano-selenium (BBPP-SeNPs) were determined by a double-peak method. BBPP-SeNPs characterized transmission electron microscope (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), particle size analysis (PSS). 1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), 2,2'-azino-bis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid (ABTS), superoxide anion free radical scavenging rate, total capacity BBPP, vitamin C (VC), measured for comparison. inhibitory ability BBPP on tyrosinase measured. Using mouse modeling, VC results showed that optimal obtained when concentration 0.16 mg/mL, sodium selenite 0.01 mol/L, ultrasound carried out 30 min, ascorbic added 0.04 stirring temperature 20 °C 4 h. has significantly improved. It can be observed obvious skin-reactive oxygen species through Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) staining section. Through Hematoxylin-Eosin (H&E) staining, it proven high security threshold.
