Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels is an important traditional Chinese herbal medicine, and its main medicinal part the root. In recent years, root rot has become one of bottlenecks hindering healthy green development cultivation due to inappropriate application chemical fertilizers, pesticides, plant growth regulators, continuous cropping. this study, high-throughput sequencing technology was adopted reveal differences in community structure diversity endophytic bacteria fungi roots diseased A. sinensis. The results showed that index bacterial communities significantly higher than systems. There a significant difference fungal only at m1 sampling site. β-diversity communities, but not fungi. terms composition, Proteobacteria dominant phylum bacteria, Sphingobium Pseudomonas were genera; Ascomycota Basidiomycota phyla fungi, Plectosphaerella, Paraphoma, Fusarium genera. addition, relative abundance genera roots, while samples. Among five pathogens isolated from root, four strains sp., Paraphoma chrysanthemicola, which reported for first time. Our findings indicate endophyte infected with changed compared plants, pathogenic factor, provides valuable microbiological basis targeted biocontrol rot.
