Introduction The pomegranate ( Punica granatum ) is a significant economic tree species. In recent years, the root collar rot has severely affected pomegranates in dry-hot valley regions of Yunnan Province, China. rhizosphere microbiome plays crucial role plant growth, development, and disease resistance.
