Hormonal drugs in biological samples are usually low concentration and highly intrusive. It is of great significance to enhance the sensitivity specificity detection process hormone by utilizing appropriate sample pretreatment methods for drugs. In this study, a method was developed effectively enrich estrogens serum combining molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction, which has high specificity, deep eutectic solvent-dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction, enrichment ability. The theoretical basis effective solvent also computed simulation. results showed that combination extraction microextraction could improve HPLC 33~125 folds, at same time reduce interference. addition, relatively solvation energy estrogen possesses surface charge similar estrogen, thus can estrogen. study provides ideas separation low-concentration application extraction.
