Binary terpenoid-based eutectic systems consisting of the natural substances camphene (CA), fenchol (FE), thymol (TH), menthol (ME), dodecanoic acid (DA), and 1-dodecanol (DO) are synthesized screened for their Solid–Liquid Equilibrium (SLE) compositions. Out nine systems, 13 solvent compositions at points next to them, in addition reference solvent, TH:ME, applied extraction aromatic aldehydes vanillin (VAN), syringaldehyde (SYR), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (HYD) from an acidic aqueous model solution. The efficiency is determined aldehyde concentrations measured by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), taking into consideration mutual solubility Karl Fischer titration (KF) a Total Organic Carbon-analysis (TOC). Physicochemical properties, such as density, viscosity, stability solvents, evaluated discussed. Additionally, 1H-NMR measurements performed verify hydrogen bonding present some solvents. results show that all have strong hydrophobic character with maximum water saturation ≤2.21 vol.% losses ≤0.12 per step. solvents based on CA exhibit lower viscosities, solubility, when compared FE-based highest efficiencies VAN (>95%) SYR (>93%) 92.61% HYD achieved TH:ME (50:50 mol.%). With 93.08%, most preferably extracted FE–DO-solvent (80:20 mol.%), where reach 93.37% 90.75%, respectively. drawbacks high viscosities 34.741 mPas 31.801 FE–DO can be overcome CA–TH which has viscosity 3.436 mPas, while exhibiting 71.92% HYD, >95% VAN, >93% SYR,
