Abstract This study introduces a novel synergistic approach to electrode modification that combines colloidal graphite (CG) and MXenes, presenting promising material for enhancing voltammetric detection of rutin. innovative strategy improves performance by providing high conductivity, tunable surface chemistry, ease fabrication, while remaining cost‐effective. The CG–MXene‐modified exhibited significant enhancements in charge transfer rates electroactive area, facilitating efficient interaction with Its oxidation at the modified was identified as quasi‐reversible process controlled diffusion. Under optimized conditions—specifically, pH 3.5 5‐minute preconcentration time—rutin determination achieved across broad linear concentration range 1–125 µmol L −1 , limit 0.2 . demonstrated reproducibility selectivity presence common excipients vitamins. Recovery studies further validated accuracy method, confirming its suitability determining rutin pharmaceutical products food supplements.
