ABSTRACT In this study, a novel, sensitive, and cost‐effective spectrofluorimetric approach was established for the estimation of two important tetracycline antibiotics, doxycycline, without any pre‐treatment procedures or harsh reaction conditions, first time. The proposed methodology is based on quantitative quenching effect each doxycycline native fluorescence nitrogen sulfur co‐doped carbon quantum dots (NS‐CQDs).
