Abstract This study highlights the aqueous synthesis of CdTe/ZnS core/shell quantum dots (QDs) and their application as fluorescence sensors for detecting critical metabolites, including folic acid, glucose, vitamin C, in real biological samples. The synthesized QDs exhibit excellent efficiency, stability, biocompatibility, enhanced by mercaptopropionic acid (MPA) ligands, enabling eco-friendly accurate sensing. Detection limits 0.84 µg/mL 0.33 mM 1.15 C were achieved with high linearity (R 2 > 0.97). These results underscore potential advanced biosensing technologies, offering sensitive selective metabolite detection through a robust FRET-based mechanism. versatility solubility these pave way integration into multiplex diagnostic systems biomedical applications.

This paper presents a non-enzymatic sensor for glucose detection in an environment where and insulin coexist. The is based on three-electrode chip fabricated by etching the copper foil of printed circuit board. working electrode coated with graphene oxide-polyvinyl alcohol composite film, followed electroplating nickel-cobalt layer additional surface treatment using O2 plasma. experimental results indicate that within concentration 2 mM to 10 0.1 1 mM, measured current exhibits linear relationship or insulin, regardless whether cyclic voltammetry sweep used. However, limit 0.01 ensuring remains unaffected interference. In this sensor, serves as catalyst detection, while enhances sensing performance.
